Effective date: 10 July 2026 · Applies to the Driftlit pre-launch website and waitlist

These terms are intentionally short. This site does two things: introduces Driftlit and lets you join a waitlist. Full Terms of Service will replace this at launch.

1. Who we are

Driftlit is operated by Bence Mihályi (private individual, Budapest, Hungary). Contact: mihalyi.bence00@gmail.com.

2. What this site is (and isn’t)

This site describes a product under development. Features and dates may change before launch.
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for any service.
We do not guarantee a launch date.

3. The waitlist

By joining you confirm the email is yours and consent to launch-related emails as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The Driftlit name, logo, and site content belong to us. (When the platform launches: everything you write remains 100% yours — always.)

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer this site or the waitlist.

6. Liability

This site is provided “as is” for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from its use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

8. Changes

When the platform launches, these pre-launch terms will be replaced in full.
